Shawn, Bev, and Family

Welcome to the twinhouse! Shawn and I were married in 1997 and have been blessed (yes, blessed!) with 2 sets of twins. Alexander and Benjamin were born in 2002 and Hannah and Jacob joined the family in 2004. We created this blog to keep friends and family updated on the excitement in the twinhouse.

Water Fun

We have had some great weather in the last little while here in Nova Scotia. We had ALOT of rain a few days ago...as you can see in the above "puddle pic". Then today it was 28 degrees and we had some different fun in our little pool.
Everyone loves to play in the water whether it is a plastic pool or a "natural pool" (aka mud puddle). We look forward to many days in the pool this summer. We want to take advantage of our big yard as we will be severely downsizing very soon....I've heard everything is much smaller in the UK, except for the expenses that is!

That's so great that you've finally found out about housing; we're even on the waiting list at number 9 and haven't heard anything yet! That's good for us, though, at this point.

That pool looks wonderful! I hope Elijah and Joseph will get the chance to enjoy it this summer too;).

That puddle is huge! Do you ever get flooding in your basement?

First of all, What are you doing up at 649am??? Hope date night was great.
Amazingly our basement has never flooded but we sure do get a pile of water in the back driveway.
I hope your boys get lots of use from our pool this summer too! You should give Emma another email, we have been "pestering" her all along and she has been great; we would love to see you have a flat nearby!

Matt was wondering if you could email him, or me, Emma's email. Make sense? Thanks!

Oh, and I think something was wrong with the time, it must've been 7:49; I don't get up in the sixes:).

Date night was great, we didn't get to the resturant till after 10 pm, but we had a wonderfully gluttonus time!
